MAGEN empowers teens and young adults—Jewish and non-Jewish alike—with the facts, context, and confidence to speak up about Israel, Jewish history, and antisemitism. Through our two core programs — MAGEN Online, a paid learning platform, and MAGEN Live, a series of inspirational community events — we are shaping a generation of informed, empathetic, and courageous young advocates.

Any teen or young adult (9th grade through college seniors) interested in learning about Israel, Jewish history, and antisemitism.
Each Trip consists of 16-20 video lessons with an average duration of 4-5 hours total. You can complete it at your own pace, taking as much time as you need to absorb the material.
Once you complete all lessons and quizzes in a Trip, our committee reviews your answers to ensure everything was completed authentically. If all requirements are met, you’ll receive your $150 reward via Venmo on the Thursday following your Trip completion.
No. MAGEN welcomes participants of all backgrounds who want to learn, understand, and engage respectfully with these topics.
No prerequisites are required. MAGEN is open to all teens and young adults interested in learning about Israel, Jewish history, and antisemitism. All you need is curiosity, commitment, and a willingness to learn.
Yes! MAGEN is a global program. We have students from several countries participating in our online Trips. The only online requirement is to have a Venmo account to receive your reward.
