Early Childhood Academy Renovation And Expansion

We have raised $1.6 million out of our $1.7 million goal, and the permits are anticipated to be approved in January 2026.

Second Exit Access Construction

Phase 2:
Building Together, Growing Stronger

Russell/Lipton Building

The Russell/Lipton Building expansion and renovation will enhance our facilities and create new opportunities for the community. This project includes adding nearly 10,000 sq. ft. of new space and renovating 4,350 sq. ft. to modernize and expand our capabilities. New multipurpose rooms will be created for dance programs, along with a meeting room for the Israeli Parliament. Additional office space will be provided for staff, and a modern board meeting room will also be constructed to support leadership discussions.

Fitness Center Expansion

The Fitness Center is expanding to provide even more opportunities for health and wellness. This project includes the addition of a state-of-the-art personal training area, new aerobics rooms to accommodate group classes, and an additional 1,200 sq. ft. of space to enhance the overall fitness experience for our members.

Parking Lot Garage

We understand that parking has been a significant concern for our MARJCC community, and we are excited to address this with the addition of 250 new parking spaces to our facility. This expansion will make visiting the MARJCC more convenient and ensure a smoother experience for all members and guests.

padel, pickleball and tennis courts update

We’ve enhanced our tennis center by adding 3 padel courts, 4 pickleball courts, converting 2 hard courts to clay, and resurfacing all the existing tennis courts.

Security at MARJCC has been enhanced with the installation of turnstiles, a magnetometer, upgraded security cameras, a new gate, and improved plaza lighting for better visibility.
