Our Wellness Center offers numerous wellness and fitness classes, and services designed for those just beginning their healthy lifestyle as well as those who have achieved their wellness goals. Our staff of Certified Personal Fitness Trainers offer you the ability to work in a safe, effective, and challenging environment. All of our personal trainers hold numerous national certifications. Our trainers offer cutting edge programs for all fitness levels and age ranges including, youth training, weight loss, aerobic conditioning, pilates, yoga, boxing, strength training, sports conditioning, flexibility, core focus, and much more. We utilize top of the line training methods and equipment.

Fitness Center Personal Training Staff
Experienced and educated staff of professionals who are here to assist you! We offer our members one on one attention. We can provide you with relevant, reliable information on exercise, effects it has on the body, how to increase strength and stamina, and improve coordination and flexibility.
Personal Fitness Review & Design Program
• Meet with a trainer to review your fitness goals and current fitness regimen – 30 minutes
• Work with a trainer 1 on 1 to have a goal-specific workout plan – 60 minutes
• Follow-up 6-8 weeks later. Program, goals, fitness review – 30 minutes
